Can be used on wood / ply wood and certain core materials (PVC, PU, etc.);
The application is to adhere the core material on inner or outer skin during sandwich composite production;
It can also be used to adhere two structural parts together;

1:1 mixing ration both by weight;

KLM 474
EPOXY BASED WOOD LAMINATION ADHESIVE
EPOXY BASED WOOD LAMINATION ADHESIVE
KLM 474 is especially developed for wood lamination for keel and frame production. Its viscosity is already adjusted as an adhesive. Addition of any fillers on site is not necessary. KLM 474 has 1:1 mixing ratio by weight and volume, which makes it very easy to use. KLM 474 can be applied manually or by special dosing pumps. This glue also cures in moist settings. KLM 474 is certified by LR and successfully completed testing for Rina following the guidelines described by ISO 301.

POLYURETHANE BASED ADHESIVE
KLB 416 is a highly elastic polyurethane based adhesive for sandwich panel production. When these sandwich panels are used on refrigerated trucks, KLB 416 is not affected by the internal and external temperature differences. KLB 416 provides a long open time during assembly.
